In order to adopt a puppy and reserve your spot in line for a puppy choice, a deposit must be received from the adopter.
Deposits & Fees:
1. All deposits & fees are non-refundable! No exceptions!
2.Deposits are $100 per puppy. Deposit can be made after your adoption application has been reviewed and approved. A deposit holds one puppy and secures your spot in line for choosing a puppy. Adopters spot in line is based on the waiting list & adoption applications approved.
3. Adopter agrees to pay $400 reservation fee and make their puppy selection by 4 weeks of age. The reservation fee can be made in person by cash or by cashier's check via snail mail (with tracking). Reservations are for the benefit of the adopter(s). There may be an additional waiting period to choose your puppy depending on the order deposits were received, which will be determined by breeder. If breeder does not hear from adopter by the time puppies are 5 weeks, breeders reserve the right to give adopter's spot in line and puppy choice to another adopter. Since all deposits are non-refundable(see #1 above), breeder considers all deposits & reservation fees a donation to help cover feed, supervised feeding wages, bedding, veterinary care, and to cover any other of breeder's expenses. Breeder will make every attempt to contact adopter, however it is the responsibility of the adopter to stay in contact with the breeder to secure adopter's puppy choice.
4. In the event a puppy should become injured, have health issues, pass away, or any event where the adopter would not want the reserved puppy, breeder will offer adopter another available puppy or apply adopter's deposit to a future litter. In some limited circumstances breeder may offer the adopter a refund but it will be at the breeder's complete discretion for the situation.
5. Adopter agrees to pay breeder remaining balance due at or prior to 8 weeks when puppy is ready for adoption. Should Adopter and Breeder agree to an extended puppy boarding agreement, it shall be considered only after final payment is received. Adopter shall pay breeder $15 a day for puppy board beyond 8 weeks old. If adopter needs additional time to board puppy or wants livestock training it shall be up to breeders availability and adopter shall pre-pay $100/week. If final payment is not received within this time frame, breeder reserves the right to re-home buyer's puppy to another buyer. Please keep in mind that if the adopter puts any deposits on a puppy the breeder will be turning away other adopters(postponing adoptions). Should the adopter for any reason change their mind or not be able to complete an adoption the adopter will forfeit all monies paid to breeder including deposits, reservation fee, and payments. In the event of a adopter's emergency (will be solely determined by breeder's discretion) a re-homing fee of $500 will be kept per puppy. All deposits and fees go to wages, feed, bedding, veterinary care, and all other care needed by breeder.
6. Adopter understands that the breeder reserves the right to 1st and 2nd selection of females from any and all litters, for breeding purposes.
7.All our puppies are micro-chipped as this is a permanent identifier for your pup(s). There is a minimal fee for your pup's AKC Reunite micro-chip which (current fee can be found on our puppy page) you will be given access to it's profile to keep your contact info up to date.

If breeder takes the puppy/dog back, no monies will be reimbursed. If breeder can not keep puppy/dog breeder may be able to assist adopter to find a suitable home. Adopter agree to never give puppy/dog to an humane society.
12. Should breeder agree to take back a female dog originally purchased with full AKC registration / breeding rights, and said female dog is pregnant, breeder will not “split” proceeds with adopter who is surrendering the female dog. All proceeds from sale of litter belong solely to breeder and adopter shall sign any and all papers including AKC registrations over to the breeder.
