​It is a characteristic of Great Pyrenees to be born w/ double dew claws and badger markings.  These markings usually fade to light colors by the time they are 6 months old.  However it is generally the case that the darker the markings are the more likely they will keep them.  We selected our sire and dam for their color, which we love, in hopes their puppies retain some color.
